Refund policy

At Urban Crown, every product is made with care and many of our collections are released as limited-edition drops. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Urban Crown does not offer returns for delivered products.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding design, color, or fit
  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

Replacements

Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The wrong size was delivered by Urban Crown

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, a replacement will be processed.

Size Exchange

If a customer has ordered the wrong size, a size exchange request may be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping and exchange charges may be borne by the customer.

Urban Crown reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
