Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

As many Urban Crown products are made-to-order and released as limited-edition drops, order processing may take between 1–3 business days before shipment.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Urban Crown offers FREE shipping across India.

No additional shipping charges will be collected during checkout unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Timeline

Most Urban Crown orders are delivered within 7–9 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 7–9 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or other available communication channels.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor their shipment status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Urban Crown offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services on eligible orders and locations.

Urban Crown reserves the right to limit or disable COD services for customers with repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Urban Crown shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailability

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect customer information or refusal to accept delivery, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Operational issues beyond our control

Urban Crown is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and assist according to our Replacement Policy.
